Job Overview
The Administrative Assistant at Taylor’s Kinder Care provides administrative and financial support and reception for the program. The person in this position must have the ability to work independently, communicate effectively as well as, possess interpersonal and public relation skills.
The Duties of the Administrative Assistant are as follow:
  • Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries and create a welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Create and prepare financial reports for Directors
  • Create agendas for staff meetings and take minutes
  • Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations for professional development
  • Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with creating the annual budget
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
  • Manage and complete payroll
